Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes. Both offices keep time open for same-day visits, and Boynton Beach welcomes walk-ins. Call Kissimmee at (407) 739-0602 or Boynton Beach at (561) 330-1300 as early as you can.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Request a new-patient visit online or call the office, and our front desk will confirm your time and what to bring.
Do your doctors speak Spanish?
Yes. Care is available in English and Spanish, from booking through your visit.
What insurance do you accept?
We work with most major plans, including Medicare, and also accept cash and major credit cards. Call us with your insurance card and we'll verify your benefits before your visit.
Can I see a doctor by video?
Yes. Many follow-ups and check-ins can be done by secure telemedicine video. Ask when you book whether your visit qualifies.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of the medications you take, and any recent records or test results. Arrive about 15 minutes early to check in.
Can I send medical questions through the website form?
Please don't. The website form is only for scheduling. Share symptoms and medical details with your doctor by phone or at your visit, where they stay private.
